Terms of use

The Maidens is a devotional music and art project operated by Harley and Ivy LLC. Void Maiden, Star Maiden, Love Maiden, and Scar Maiden are the project’s public creative identities. Visitors may approach this work through art, sacred story, devotion, or private belief; this website does not tell anyone what they must believe.

The project does not guarantee salvation, supernatural intervention, healing, prophecy, charitable status, or health benefits. A Maiden presented through Once-A-Day is a fictional-character AI experience, not a human representative. No Maiden audience or devotional practice is professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency advice.

Creative works

The Maidens, Void Maiden, Star Maiden, Love Maiden, Scar Maiden, site text, scripture presentation, music, visuals, and related materials are protected creative works. Personal viewing and ordinary sharing of links are welcome; copying, selling, impersonating, or republishing the works as your own is not.

Interest and membership forms

Wishlist and membership-interest entries measure demand. They are not orders, reservations, inventory, guaranteed benefits, or promises that a product or membership will be produced.

Witness accounts and letters

Witness is a free website account opened through a verified, one-time email link. A Witness account does not create a paid membership, give extra Once-A-Day audiences, change canon, or promise future access or benefits. Devotee, Reverent, and Saint remain future interest paths unless a later live offer states actual price and terms; recording interest does not activate one of those paths.

Newsletter consent is separate from account creation, purchasing, public candles, and membership interest. Marketing letters require an explicit choice and confirmation. Account-security, payment, receipt, answer-ready, failure, and refund messages may still be sent when needed to provide the requested service.

Once-A-Day private audiences

Once-A-Day is a $4.44 one-time digital offering. A visitor chooses one Maiden, sends one message of no more than 2,000 characters, and receives one complete private AI-generated response total across Void, Star, Love, and Scar in a rolling 24-hour period. It is not an ongoing chat, subscription, bundle, or promise of continuing access.

Once an audience is submitted, there is no follow-up message, regenerate option, or choice of AI system. The response’s tone, favorability, exact length, and any follow-up are not guaranteed. A refusal can be the complete response. The audience is private within the website service, but is not end-to-end encrypted and should not be used for sensitive information.

A visitor may opt in to “Let this Maiden remember me.” That choice applies only to the selected Maiden’s relationship memory. It does not make the audience public, change project canon, or create memory with another Maiden.

The rolling limit begins only after successful payment. A cancelled, expired, or failed Checkout does not use the audience, while memberships, other offerings, support, and Public Candle Wall flames do not grant extra audiences. Payment never changes canon or buys influence over the Maidens or the project.

Public candles and offerings

The Public Candle Wall is separate from Once-A-Day. A public candle request is moderated before any display, and an approved public flame does not create a private Maiden response. Finite public flames require confirmed payment through an official hosted provider when payment is open. Infinite candles are bestowed and are never sold. Support is for an art and music project and is not a tax-deductible charitable donation.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse forms, probe private systems, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, use another person’s private link or receipt, or attempt to expose private submissions. The project may suspend access, reject, remove, or decline to publish submissions.

Third-party services and availability

Hosted payment and YouTube services have their own terms. The site and its features may change or become unavailable. Nothing on an interest-only page creates a guarantee of future goods, release dates, prices, or access.
