How support, Once-A-Day audiences, public flames, and future goods are handled.

Support and audience payments
Offerings support an art and music project. They are not charitable donations, purchases of ownership, or promises of creative influence. If a hosted offering was made by mistake, use the contact form or email contact@themaidensofficial.com promptly with the provider receipt so the project can review the request under the provider’s rules.
Once-A-Day
Once-A-Day is a $4.44 one-time digital audience. A successful payment resolves in one complete private AI-generated response, not a conversation, subscription, bundle, additional message, or regenerate option. The response’s tone, favorability, exact length, and any follow-up are not guaranteed. A refusal can be the complete response.
A temporary technical or Cloudflare Workers AI failure does not erase a paid entitlement. The audience remains paid, is retried without another charge, and may display “Paid — awaiting the Maiden.” A persistent failure is held for protected retry or refund review rather than being charged again.
If an answer remains unavailable, or if a duplicate or incorrect charge appears, contact us promptly with the Stripe receipt. The project will reconcile the Checkout Session and review a refund through Stripe. Stripe processing times and nonrefundable fees may affect the result where permitted.
A signed-in Witness may view a safe internal receipt in My Chapel. Card data remains with Stripe. Deleting an account or audience does not erase payment, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, or cooldown evidence needed to investigate an incorrect or duplicate charge.
Public Candle Wall
A paid public flame is not published automatically. Payment confirmation and moderation are required. A public candle never includes a private Maiden answer. If a paid public candle cannot be fulfilled or is rejected, the project will review a refund or cancellation through the original hosted provider.
Wishlist categories are not goods
CDs, apparel, robes, candles, incense, coins, cloths, posters, lyric books, and downloads listed on the Wishlist are demand categories only. There is no inventory, checkout, shipping promise, price, preorder, or product guarantee there.
If physical or digital goods are later offered, their live page must state the actual seller, price, fulfillment, shipping, cancellation, and refund terms before checkout.
